We will gladly replace any product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted cards, missing cards, damaged box) at no cost to you. Please contact us at  hello@theconversationplaybook.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the defect.

‍For Otherwise Unsatisfactory Products:
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.
